Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County is delighted to announce the appointment of a new Board Chair and five new Board Directors.
Maria Zlidar Richards will serve as Board Chair for a two-year term. She joined the Board in 2022, having served as Vice Chair, Secretary, and Governance-Nominating Committee Chair. Zlidar Richards is an enterprise growth, operations, and transformation executive with over 20 years experience leading in complex, distributed organizations. She holds a B.S. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Kathy Bronstein, Principal at KB Consulting, returns to the board, having served from 2016-2025 as Secretary, Governance Committee Chair and Board Chair. Bronstein is a retail executive with decades of experience including the former CEO and Vice Chairman at Wet Seal, Inc. She earned her B.S. from the University of Florida.
Matt Greville is First Vice President and Regional Manager for North Orange County at Farmers & Merchants Bank. He is a seasoned banking professional with more than 27 years of experience. He holds an MBA from the U.C. Irvine Paul Merage School of Business and a B.S. from the University of San Francisco. Greville will serve for one year to complete a Director position vacated by an F&M colleague.
Kristin Lynch is SVP of Finance, Global Operations & Quality at Edwards Lifesciences where she brings a wealth of experience leading finance for a variety businesses and functions in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining Edwards, Lynch spent 14 years at Becton Dickinson. She earned her B.S. and M.S. from Bryant University.
Mark Minyard is a founding partner of Minyard Morris, a premier family law practice exclusively focused on Orange County. Minyard serves as Chair of the Food Bank’s annual Food from the Bar campaign, a friendly competition among OC’s legal community. He earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School.
Amanda Neal is an Audit Partner at PwC. She has 20 years of professional experience, serving large public company clients and private emerging company clients within the technology and aerospace and defense sectors. Neal earned her B.S. from San Diego State University.
Unless noted, Board Directors serve a three-year term.
