Reveille, the independent advertising and communications agency based in Costa Mesa, has expanded its creative leadership team with the appointments of Steve Harbour as executive creative director and Courtney Betley as creative director. The additions strengthen the agency’s creative offering as Reveille continues to grow its independent brand marketing and communications practice.
Built on big-agency experience with the agility to move at the pace of business, Reveille has earned a reputation for helping organizations solve complex business challenges through strategy, creativity, and integrated communications. The expanded creative leadership team reinforces the agency’s commitment to delivering senior level expertise and measurable business results.
As executive creative director, Harbour will lead Reveille’s creative vision, overseeing integrated campaigns, brand storytelling, and concept development. He brings more than 30 years of experience leading creative teams in San Francisco, Atlanta, Denver, and Orange County, with work for brands including LG, Cisco, Coca-Cola, and Thermador.
Betley will lead brand strategy, creative development, and content, translating business strategy into compelling creative across the agency’s client portfolio. Her work for Hilton, Kia, Dole, and Toshiba has earned recognition from the One Show, Clio Awards, Webby Awards, and more than 30 Gold ADDYs. She was also named ThinkLA Innovator of the Year and Shorty Impact Creative of the Year.
