Orange County Rescue Mission (OCRM), a Christian-based nonprofit, is proud to welcome three leaders to its Board of Directors, continuing its mission to serve people experiencing homelessness across Orange County. The new members bring financial, legal, and operational expertise that will help guide OCRM’s continued work delivering shelter, job training, and a full continuum of care to individuals and families in need.
Liza Randolph joined the Orange County Rescue Mission board in 2026, bringing more than 36 years of financial and commercial experience with Johnson & Johnson in the U.S., Asia, and Europe. She has held leadership roles in commercial operations and finance, with expertise in business strategy, financial management, team development, and leading organizations through change.
Originally from the Philippines, Randolph is passionate about helping those in need achieve independence and giving back to the community. She previously led fundraising efforts for nonprofit organizations, including OCRM and Operation Smile, and currently volunteers as a job coach at OCRM. Randolph and her family attend Calvary Church of Santa Ana, where she serves in Children’s Ministries.
Travis Topp joined the Orange County Rescue Mission board in 2025, bringing extensive financial expertise and a commitment to serving the organization through his faith. As a Managing Director at Stout, Topp assists companies with complex accounting and financial reporting issues.
Prior to his current role, Topp founded Topp Advisory, where he built a practice serving start-up and middle-market companies across the technology, manufacturing, and retail industries. Topp attends Yorba Linda Friends Church with his family and is passionate about the life-changing work taking place at Orange County Rescue Mission.
Joseph Mellema joined the Orange County Rescue Mission board in 2025. He is a partner at Blank Rome LLP and a seasoned litigation and intellectual property attorney with extensive experience protecting organizational assets and navigating complex legal matters. He also serves as a board member of Priority Living, Inc., advisory board member of the Jesus Film Project, A CRU Ministry, and is a member of the California State Bar. His legal expertise supports OCRM’s operations, contracts, and long-term organizational integrity.
