OCG, which advances equity by creating strategic alignment among regional philanthropists and nonprofits, has added two dynamic team members whose diverse experiences and commitment to uplifting vulnerable communities will expand the organization’s capacity to collaborate across Orange County’s philanthropic sectors.
A UCSB graduate and former Chief of Staff to Irvine’s mayor, Mariam Tariq brings her lifelong passion for social justice to her role as OCG Philanthropic Liaison.
Avery Huffer, a UCI graduate and former OCG social media and marketing intern, now serves as Manager for Summit & Special Events.
