Layton Construction has named Ryan Stichler director of business development in California. Stichler brings more than a decade of experience from CW Driver, Kitchell and Balfour Beatty in business development and project development. He holds an MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.
