Kevin Crider, DBIA, has been named Project Executive/Director of Healthcare for Cannon Building. In this role, he leads the firm’s healthcare portfolio, providing strategic leadership and oversight for a wide range of projects, including acute care, outpatient, medical office, behavioral health, and skilled nursing facilities. Drawing on his engineering background and extensive technical leadership experience at Cannon Building, Crider has earned a reputation as a trusted leader in healthcare construction. He has successfully delivered numerous complex projects using a variety of project delivery methods, consistently achieving exceptional quality, strengthening client partnerships, and building high-performing teams. His expertise spans business development, preconstruction, project execution, regulatory compliance, risk management, and operational excellence, positioning Cannon Building to deliver outstanding results for healthcare clients.

Brandon Kozlowski has been named Project Executive for Cannon Building’s San Diego Business Unit. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a diverse portfolio of projects, directing the firm’s non-healthcare work throughout the San Diego region. Drawing on his experience as both a Project Manager and Superintendent, Kozlowski brings a well-rounded perspective on construction management and project execution. He leads high-performing teams in delivering complex, technically demanding projects while fostering strong client relationships and consistently delivering exceptional service and value. His leadership plays a key role in advancing Cannon Building’s continued growth and expanding its presence in the San Diego market.

Jordan Beal has been named Project Executive for Cannon Building’s Los Angeles and Orange County Business Unit. In this role, he provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for a diverse portfolio of projects across the firm’s market sectors, with the exception of healthcare. A highly respected construction professional, Beal has held key leadership roles in both operations and preconstruction. He has successfully delivered high-profile projects across multiple market sectors, earning a reputation for strong execution, trusted client and trade partner relationships, and collaborative leadership. Drawing on this broad experience, Beal will play an integral role in advancing Cannon Building’s continued growth and delivering exceptional results for clients throughout Los Angeles and Orange County.
