April 7, 2022

Suspicious Circumstances – 5:10 p.m. – 5500 block of Orangethorpe Ave. – A subject was reportedly siphoning gas and had multiple gas jugs.
Animal Bite – 9:37 p.m. – 5400 block of La Palma Ave. – An employee was reportedly bitten by a dog. The employee refused medical attention. The dog and its owner fled before exchanging information.

April 8, 2022

Theft by False Pretense – 2:40 p.m. – 7300 block of Bourbon Ln. – The reporting party received a call from an unknown subject who stated that they were from Wells Fargo. The reporting party attempted to send money, and Wells Fargo denied the transaction. Wells Fargo advised the reporting party to to file a report. Counseled.
Disturbance (Subject) – 9:28 p.m. – Walker/Orangethorpe – A subject was reportedly yelling and throwing objects at vehicles. Citation issued. Police stood by while the subject picked up all his property.

April 9, 2022

Animal Call – 8:02 a.m. – Walker/Marview – A rooster was reportedly in the backyard of a residence. SEAACA notified.
Extra Patrol Checks – 6:31 p.m. – Hummingbird/Robin – Extra patrol checks requested form 1 a.m. to 2 a.m. regarding a male subject who was seen checking door handles on vehicles.
Suspicious Subject – 11:07 p.m. – 7600 block of Carbon Cir. – The caller believed that someone may be outside her residence. The male had been in the backyard looking into residence. Area checked okay.

April 10, 2022

Disturbance (Music) – 6:56 p.m. – 5600 block of Orangethorpe Ave. – Subjects were reportedly playing loud music in a vehicle. Police contacted the subject, who had just put amps inside the vehicle and was testing it out. The music was turned down.
Illegally Parked Vehicle – 6:59 p.m. – 7300 block of Bourbon Ln. – A vehicle was reportedly parked backwards and blocking the sidewalk. Police contacted the registered owner, who advsied that it was only parked that way to jump start.

April 11, 2022

Keep the Peace – 12:22 p.m. – 4500 block of Sharon Dr. – An officer was requested to stand by for a child custody exchange. Assisted.

April 12, 2022

Threats Report – 5:51 p.m. – 5100 block of Decatur Dr. – A neighbor had reportedly been swatting cameras and holding a box knife while making gestures at their cameras.
Incident Report – 10:05 p.m. – 5400 block of La Luna Dr. – The caller had surveillance footage of four to five students hitting and kicking another student in front of the residence. The male juveniles were unidentifiable at this time. Information passed on to the school resource officer.

April 13, 2022

Suspicious Circumstances – 5:19 p.m. – 7400 block of Bourbon Ln. – An unknown subject reportedly jumped the reporting party’s fence at 3:54 p.m. The caller’s husband confronted the subject, then the subject stated “never mind” and left. No report desired.
Found Property – 5:39 p.m. – 7400 block of Bourbon Ln. – A blow torch and gas can were reportedly left at the caller’s door.
