NeighborWorks Orange County has appointed Andrew Fahmy as President and CEO. An Orange County native, Fahmy brings proven leadership in financial empowerment, workforce development, and community partnerships. He will lead the nonprofit’s efforts to expand housing and homeownership opportunities while helping more families build lasting financial security.
