Sunny, with a high near 95. Light and variable wind becoming southwest 5 to 10 mph in the afternoon.

Tonight:

Partly cloudy, with a low around 70. West wind around 5 mph becoming calm in the evening.

Excessive Heat Warning in effect from September 26, 10:00 AM PDT until September 28, 08:00 PM PDT

Highs are expected to drop sharply starting Thursday, reaching the low 80s by Friday and remaining there.
