Struggling with Your Utility Bill? We can Help!
The Anaheim City Council recently approved ways to help our most vulnerable residents with bill savings. Customers who meet income qualifications will receive a higher discount on the electric and water portions of their utility bills.
Seniors (62 and older), long-term disabled, and military veterans who meet income qualifications will receive a higher bill credit – from 10% to 12% – starting [date]. The best part is that the discount will be applied automatically for those already receiving the program!
For customers who have a common meter (such as in mobile home parks), an additional $5 will be applied in coordination with property managers.
For income-qualified customers who aren’t in the categories above, we can help you through the Community Solar Program – typical savings are increasing by $10.
And we have ways to save for all customers regardless of income level – home utility checkups, rebates, efficiency programs are great ways to lower usage and save on bills.
