The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is continuing work on northbound State Route 73 (SR-73). This work will require three overnight/morning closures of northbound SR-73 between SR-55 and Bristol St. for a construction project (detour provided below). The closures are as follows:
- Saturday, November 19 at Midnight (12 a.m.) to 3:00 p.m.
- Saturday, November 19 at 10 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 20.
- Sunday, November 20 at 10 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. on Monday, November 21.
Please see detour information below:
- EXIT SR-73 at NB SR-55.
- EXIT SR-55 at Baker St.
- Turn LEFT onto Paularino Avenue.
- Turn LEFT onto Bear Street.
- Turn RIGHT onto the northbound SR-73 on-ramp.
Please obey all posted signs and traffic instructions for the safety of all workers and motorists.
Caltrans appreciates the public’s patience while we perform this work. Electronic changeable messages signs will notify drivers of the closure. The work schedule is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/or materials, and/or construction-related issues.
