Upcoming Caltrans Maintenance Closures: Saturday, January 27-28, 2023

The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is scheduled to have the following closure for maintenance repairs:

Friday, January 27

  • Eastbound State Route (SR-91) from Los Angeles/Orange (L.A./O.C.) County Line to State College lane #4 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Westbound SR-91 from State College to L.A./O.C. County Line lane #4 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Southbound Interstate (I-5) from Chapman to Broadway from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.
  • Southbound SR-57 High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) connector to southbound I-5 from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.

Saturday, January 28

  • Eastbound SR-90 to Idaho Street lane #3 from 1 a.m. to 6:30 a.m.
  • Southbound Gypsum Canyon Road from Featherly Park to Santa Ana Canyon lane #2 of surface street at SR-91 from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m.
  • Southbound Gypsum Cnayon Road from Featherly Park to Santa Ana Canyon lane #1 of surface street at SR-91 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Westbound SR-91 Brookhurst off-ramp from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
  • Northbound SR-241 from Eastern Toll Road Split at SR-133 to SR-91 lane #1 from 6 a.m. to 8 a.m.
  • Southbound SR-241 from SR-91 to Eastern Toll Road aSplit at SR-133 lane #1 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Caltrans appreciates the public’s patience while we perform this work. Electronic Changeable Message Signs will notify drivers of the closure. The work schedule is subject to change due to traffic incidents, weather, availability of equipment and/or materials, and/or construction-related issues.
