The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) is scheduled to conduct traffic loop installation on Tuesday, March 8 at PCH on the northbound side of Vista Del Sol in the City of Laguna Beach between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Only one lane will be closed to conduct the work. Please note there may be loud noise and traffic delays. This is part of the ongoing PCH Laguna Beach Rehabilitate Pavement Project that began in the fall of 2020. Project construction will continue on Coast Highway from Newport Coast Drive to Ledroit Street over the next few weeks.
Caltrans appreciates the public’s patience while we perform this work. Electronic Changeable Message Signs will notify drivers of the construction/closure. The work schedule is subject to change due to weather, traffic incidents, availability of equipment and/or materials, and/or construction- related issues.
