Three suspects from Santa Ana and Anaheim were arrested for stabbing two men at a Fullerton bar

On Thursday, January 2, 2025, at approximately 1:18 am, police officers responded to Playas Bar & Grill, located at 1814 West Valencia, regarding a possible stabbing, according to the Fullerton Police Department.

Upon arrival, officers located two adult males with several apparent stab wounds. Both victims were transported to a local trauma center and treated for their injuries. At this time, they are expected to survive from their injuries.

Fullerton PD Detectives were notified and immediately began their investigation.

Within the same day, Detectives arrested Eduardo Bellobaza, a 30-year-old Anaheim resident, Mario Bellobaza, a 24-year-old Anaheim resident, and Kevin Talerocera, a 26-year-old Santa Ana resident, in connection with the assault.

All three suspects were booked at the Fullerton City Jail for felony criminal conspiracy. In addition, Eduardo Bellobaza was booked for attempted murder, Mario Bellobaza was booked for felony assault, and Kevin Talerocera was booked for battery on a person.
