The Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce Be More Healthy Expo is returning to Eisenhower Park in Old Town Seal Beach on Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. for the 15th year. This year, for the first time ever, the Chamber is asking residents to nominate a Hometown Hero, who will be celebrated during the event.
The Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce Be More Healthy Expo is inviting all residents to join them in celebrating those heroes who have done so much to improve our communities and lives during the past two years, by nominating someone for the Hometown Hero award. The award will be presented to 3 individuals who have made significant contributions to preserve and improve their community’s health during such a difficult time. Awardees are selected from nominations received by local residents. The only way for someone to receive this award is to be nominated. The 3 selected heroes will be recognized at the 2022 Seal Beach Chamber of Commerce Health Expo, for being outstanding community members. Submissions can be made by form and/or video and must be received no later than April, 3rd 2022.
This year’s Expo will have a full section dedicated to children, lots of healthcare vendors and health professionals will be providing health screenings.
“We are so excited to bring back the Be More Healthy Expo this year and to recognize our Hometown Heroes,” said Expo Chair, Diana Bean, Lifestyle Coach. “From screenings to stretching, dancing and Zumba lessons, our expo has something for everyone,” she concluded.
Sponsors of the Be More Healthy Expo include Memorial Care, Republic Services and Financial Partners.
The Expo still has vendor and sponsorship opportunities available. Vendors and Sponsors alike can take advantage of advertising to thousands of people at the event.
