Police detectives are attempting to locate Frank Sanchez, wanted for theft by false pretenses and criminal conspiracy, according to the SAPD.

Sanchez targeted a homeowner in Santa Ana whose property was in foreclosure. Posing as an advisor working with foreclosure attorneys, he created fake contracts and falsely promised to stop the foreclosure. Over several months, he scammed the victim out of $22,125.

Sanchez is 39 years-old. He is 5’8″ tall and weighs 230 lbs. He must have had too many tamales and Rosca de Reyes bread during the holidays! He has black hair and brown eyes and a spotty beard and mustache.

If you have any information on his whereabouts, please contact Detective Corporal J. Gallardo at (714) 245-8380 or JGallardo@santa-ana.org.
