The City of Buena Park is hosting the first BP CultureFest on September 24, 2022 at the Buena Park Civic Center, 6650 Beach Blvd. This brand new event will run from 11am-6pm that Saturday, and invites visitors and residents to celebrate the rich cultural diversity of the Buena Park community.

More than two dozen local nonprofits and community groups are participating in the inaugural BP CultureFest, many operating booths displaying cultural information and education, selling unique goods, and serving up an array of international food and drinks. Throughout the day, guests will also enjoy performances of traditional Korean dance, Irish dancing, Ballet Folklorico and much more. Buena Park’s historic homes, like the Whitaker-Jaynes Estate, will host tours where guests can experience carefully preserved parts of the community’s history. Youth will enjoy making crafts, playing international games and a reading lounge.

BP CultureFest is a free event for the community. Food and goods can be purchased for a fee.
