Segerstrom High School’s baseball team, which finished 3-1 in the Ryan Lemmon Invitational, takes a few days off before resuming action next week, including a non-league game on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. vs. Anaheim at Angel Stadium.

Segerstrom (12-10, 6-0 in the Golden West League) also has a nonleague game at Los Alamitos Wednesday. The Jaguars are currently tied with Ocean View for the league lead.

There is no admission charge for Thursday’s game at the home of the Los Angeles Angels.

“We are very grateful to give our players the amazing experience of playing a game at Angel Stadium,” said Segerstrom Coach Erasmo Ramirez. “We want to thank the Los Angeles Angels and their head groundskeeper Barney Lopas for giving us this memorable opportunity.

“Our players will remember this for the rest of their lives.”
