With 400 guests and 70 chefs, wineries, and spirits vendors, the expansive grounds of the Festival of Arts/Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach served as the perfect location for the Chef Masters Culinary Extravaganza. The crowd noshed on sumptuous bites by culinary creatives from popular restaurants like Oceans & Earth and the Cannery, and resorts such as Paséa Hotel & Spa and Pendry Newport Beach. Grazers bought chances to win the opportunity drawing for a 52-bottle wine tree.

A fund-a-need drive added to the proceeds benefiting CARMA (Compassionate Animal Rescue for Medical Aid) and Priceless Pets, a nonprofit no-kill animal shelter for abandoned and neglected animals. Three Pug Bakery’s Heather McLeod was presented with the Chef Philanthropy Award. The evening ended on a lively note with dancing to the Flashback Heart Attack band and an invitation to return for next year’s extravaganza.
