High school boys basketball season begins next week and among the tournaments is the annual Luis Macias Tournament at Santa Ana High School.
Eleven teams are divided into four pools.
Santa Ana, Bonita and San Juan Hills are in pool A, Newport Harbor, Yorba Linda and Chino Hills are in pool B, Trabuco Hills and Upland in pool C and Laguna Hills, Dana Hills and El Dorado in pool D.
Pool play games begin Monday, Nov. 18 and continue Tuesday, Nov. 19 and Wednesday, Nov. 20
Bracket play will start on Thursday, Nov. 21 and continues Friday, Nov. 22.
The championship will be Saturday, Nov. 23 at 2 p.m.
Monday, Nov. 18: El Dorado vs. Laguna Hills, 3:10 p.m.; Yorba Linda vs. Newport Harbor, 4:30 p.m.; Trabuco Hills vs. Upland, 5:50 p.m.; San Juan Hills vs. Santa Ana, 7:10 p.m.
Tuesday, Nov. 19: Laguna Hills vs. Dana Hills, 3:10 p.m.; Santa Ana vs. Upland, 4:30 p.m.; Bonita vs. San Juan Hills, 5:50 p.m.; Chino Hills vs. Yorba Linda, 7:10 p.m.
Wednesday, Nov. 20: Santa Ana vs. Bonita, 3:10 p.m.; Newport Harbor vs. Chino Hills, 4:30 p.m.; Crenshaw vs. Trabuco Hills, 5:50 p.m.; Dana Hills vs. El Dorado, 7:10 p.m.
