Reliable Crane Service LLC, a company that rents cranes in Southern California, Las Vegas and Phoenix, committed to an 86-month lease at 1210 N. Tustin Ave. in Anaheim.

The Las Vegas-based company will occupy the entire 75,700-square-foot industrial building.

Chris Migliori, an executive vice president at DAUM’s Newport Beach office, represented the landlord Tustin Properties LLC in the transaction.

DAUM said the total consideration of the lease was about $7.9 million.

“Our client had a rare asset available for lease in the market, as it features a freestanding industrial building on a large paved and secured yard with a 0.33 floor area ratio,” Migliori said in a statement. “Through identifying ideal uses for the property and strategic marketing, we were able to find and secure a long-term tenant.

“This lease places the new tenant in a key location to serve and expand its client base,” Migliori continued.

CBRE’s Ross Fippinger represented Reliable Crane Service.

Xerxes Corp., a Minneapolis-based manufacturer of fiberglass storage tanks for fuel, water and wastewater, previously leased the industrial space. The company had occupied nearly 93% of the building before moving out in September.

The warehouse at 1210 N. Tustin was built on 5.25 acres in 1977 and features 10,000 square feet of office space across two floors. Reliable Crane Service also has access to seven ground-loading doors, a 5-ton crane way in a 45-foot clear area and warehouse clearances of 25-45 feet.
