Crean Lutheran High School’s girls beach volleyball team, top seeded in Division 2, has moved on to Saturday’s semifinals of the CIF tournament at Long Beach City College.

The Saints, the defending CIF champions, defeated Long Beach Millikan 5-0 on Wednesday in the second round and will face Capistrano Valley in the semifinals Saturday. The winner meets the winner of the other semifinal between Long Beach Wilson and Oaks Christian later on Saturday in the finals.
In the Division 1 tournament, Huntington Beach meets Mira Costa in one semifinal with the winner facing the winner of the other semifinal between JSerra and Redondo in the final.
