The Disneyland Resort‘s fine-dining restaurant Napa Rose reopened on Feb. 6 in time to celebrate its 25th anniversary with all-new menus and renovated spaces at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa.

Updates include a dedicated kitchen service for the bar and lounge area, new private dining rooms and built-in displays for all 1,500 labels of wine the restaurant has collected under the direction of Wine Director Patrick Kirchen.

The Business Journal attended a preview event before the opening to try dishes from Chef Andrew Sutton‘s redesigned prix fixe menu, to be served in the main dining room, and newly introduced cocktails created by bartender Nick Nanfito.
