WHAT MADE YOU WANT TO ADOPT KODY AND SLEEPY?
We chose to adopt because after fighting so hard to save Sleepy and Kody’s lives (as foster caregivers), we knew they were meant to stay with us forever. Both came to us through shelters in poor health, and both lost siblings along the way. Their resilience and bond made them part of our family.
TELL US WHAT YOU LOVE MOST ABOUT THEIR PERSONALITIES.
We love their strength and gentle spirits they remind us daily why rescue work matters and bring joy even on the hardest days. I cannot tell you how much they have helped us out with our personal challenges and physical and mental health. They are always there to support no judgments, just love.
DO KODY AND SLEEPY HAVE ANY FUNNY QUIRKS?
Sleepy rests his back paws at odd angles for comfort (due to his past issues), while Kody stayed so small he kept his baby teeth until he was almost a year old both quirks make them uniquely lovable. Sleepy will lay out like superman on the floor and always has a rear paw dangling off when he is sitting. Kody is just not athletic, especially for a cat.
