NON-LEAGUE

LA HABRA 69, PILIBOS 57: The Highlanders (16-4) won their final non-league game Thursday night. Acen Jimenez scored 27 points and grabbed five rebounds, Sebastian Esparza had 17 points, three assists and three steals and Baylor Wilks scored 15 points to lead La Habra, which hosts Cypress Friday night in the Crestview League opener.

CAPISTRANO VALLEY 64, UNIVERSITY 40: Capo Valley (14-3) was led by senior forward Darius Turner with 22 points. Nate Williams scored 10 points while Jake Davis added nine points.

University’s (3-9) was led by junior point guard Savion Ruth with 10 points and senior shooting guard Shervin Moarrefian with nine points on three 3-pointers.

BOULDER CREEK, ARIZ. 57, SANTA MARGARITA 56: The Eagles dropped their tournament opener Thursday. Kaiden Bailey scored 25 points and made three of three 3-pointers and recorded six assists to lead Santa Margarita (12-3). Drew Anderson added 12 points and 11 rebounds.
