Giglia joined the Board of Directors at WISEPlace last year. She was a practicing lawyer for  8 years before starting Montage Legal Group, a freelance attorney company, in 2009. Montage Legal has been named the National Philanthropy Day Small Business of the Year for its charitable leadership. An accomplished entrepreneur in the legal sector, Erin is a frequent public speaker for numerous Bar Associations and private entities. She has also served on the Board of the Orange County Bar Association Charitable Fund, and the University of San Diego School of Law Alumni Board. She resides in Newport Beach with her family, and is a passionate advocate for supporting vulnerable communities throughout Orange County.

Byron Culp

Culp is the Director of Business Development at Wright Ford Young & Co. CPAs – an accounting firm that donates 1% of its gross revenues to local charities. Byron’s role amplifies his passion for community advocacy, perfectly aligning with our mission. A UNLV alum, former football player, and avid golfer, Byron’s dedication to WISEPlace extends beyond the boardroom. A Board Member since May 2022, Culp tirelessly champions unaccompanied women experiencing homelessness through his professional network, fundraising efforts, and community engagement. Byron’s commitment to his family, faith, and building strong community connections exemplifies his deep values and unwavering drive to make a difference.

Thanks to the compassion and dedication of the Board, along with the vision and expertise of CEO Brateil Aghasi, WISEPlace’s first permanent supportive housing expansion became a reality in March of 2025. This new affordable housing community is a huge step forward in permanently ending homelessness for Orange County’s most vulnerable. This is the first and only project in Orange County to have housing vouchers earmarked for survivors who are earning no more than 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI). WISEPlace hopes that their advocacy effort serves as an example for other developers and cities moving forward.
