Mark Pulone has joined Tripepi Smith, California’s largest local government-focused communications and public affairs firm, as a director. Pulone brings more than 35 years of public-sector expertise to the firm. He previously was city manager for the cities of Yorba Linda and Aliso Viejo and assistant city manager in Lake Forest.
