AO is pleased to welcome Rollie Alexander, AIA, as Principal and leader of the firm’s Healthcare Studio, following the successful integration of Alexander + Hibbs, a respected Southern California architecture and planning firm he co-founded in 1995.
With nearly 40 years of experience, Alexander brings deep expertise in the design and execution of complex hospital environments, including radiology and MRI suites, infusion centers, cath labs, pharmacies, emergency departments, wellness centers, and OSHPD-regulated facilities. His technical knowledge, paired with a relationship-driven approach, has earned him the trust of leading healthcare clients such as Children’s Hospital of Orange County, MemorialCare Health System, St. Jude Medical Center, and HCA Healthcare
Established in 2020, AO’s Healthcare Studio has quickly grown to deliver high-impact work in urgent care centers, outpatient clinics, and medical office buildings. Alexander’s leadership and specialized portfolio will significantly enhance the studio’s capabilities and broaden its impact across the healthcare sector.
