RBA Builders LLC announces a key leadership transition with Allan Quan, Vice President Finance since 2017, retiring in 2025 to spend more time with family. Quan has played a pivotal role in guiding the company’s financial strategy during times of significant growth and industry change.

Succeeding Quan is Eric Thai, a seasoned finance and operations leader who joined RBA in 2024. Thai brings nearly two decades of cross-sector experience in financial management, strategic planning, and organizational development. As Vice President of Finance, he will lead RBA’s financial strategy and support its long-term initiatives as RBA continues to expand within a competitive construction landscape.

Before joining RBA, Thai held leadership roles such as Operations Manager, Director of Finance, and Director of Mission Impact Investments. He is recognized for his ability to blend financial sustainability with social impact, driven by a leadership style rooted in both empathy and operational excellence.

“Eric’s depth of experience and forward-thinking leadership makes him an ideal fit to lead RBA’s financial strategy into the future,” said Quan. “I’m confident that the company’s financial health and values-driven culture will be in excellent hands.”

With this transition, RBA reinforces its commitment to continued growth, innovation, and strong, values-driven leadership.
