Effective January 2026, Bryan Pavalko became Chief Executive Officer, and Gabe Baltodano assumed the role of President of RBA Builders, LLC.
Bryan Pavalko has acted as President and Stakeholder since 2014 and brings more than 40 years of experience across the commercial, industrial, entertainment, and aerospace sectors. His leadership has strengthened RBA’s operational capabilities, advanced company-wide systems, and reinforced a culture grounded in sound judgment, accountability, and collaboration. As CEO, Pavalko will focus on guiding RBA’s long-term strategy, supporting leadership development, and ensuring the company remains adaptable while investing in its people and future.
Gabe Baltodano, formerly Vice President of Risk Management and Personnel, has been with RBA since 2016. He is a trusted executive leader and Stakeholder. With more than 20 years of experience spanning construction, safety, and public service, Baltodano has played a key role in strengthening RBA’s safety culture, personnel practices, and operational consistency. As President, he will oversee day-to-day operations while continuing to provide steady support across the organization.
Together, Pavalko and Baltodano represent a strong, aligned leadership team committed to RBA’s continued success and legacy.
