Radiant Futures, formerly Women’s Transitional Living Center, Inc, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to use survivor-driven, trauma-informed practices to build a safer community, has added two women to its Board of Directors.

Innovative sales strategist Ziba Behnam has 20 years of experience developing sales programs. As a motivational sales manager and instructor, she has led teams to achieve organizational objectives across multiple business units. She recently retired as director of Bulk Gases at Airgas, an Air Liquide company. Previous posts include serving as vice president of Gases for Airgas USA, LLC and as an executive with Praxair, North American Industrial Gases. She has MBA Degrees in marketing and executive management and in human resources management from the University of La Verne.

Michelle Eschardies is an accomplished restaurant executive with more than 45 years of experience in all aspects of restaurant operations. Over the last 16 years, she has held several positions with US Foods and is currently a new business manager with the company. She has a degree from Cerritos College.
