Orange County United Way today announced that Jeegisha Panchal has been appointed as the organization’s new Chief Financial Officer.

“Jeegisha’s deep expertise in financial stewardship and her passion for mission-driven work make her an invaluable asset to our team,” said Susan B. Parks, President and CEO of Orange County United Way. “Her leadership will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission to create a better Orange County for all, and ensuring we continue to grow with integrity and impact.”

Panchal has over 15 years of experience driving operational excellence and began her career delivering audit and tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients across the financial services, manufacturing, and non-profit industries. She developed deep expertise in financial statement analysis, risk assessment, and tax compliance, and has implemented cost-saving initiatives, enhanced operational efficiency, and led cross-functional teams to improve performance.

In her most recent role, Panchal served as a trusted advisor to CEOs, helping develop international networks and drive performance and growth.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, and is a Certified Public Accountant in California.
