Newcastle Partners, a commercial real estate investment and development company focused on West Coast gateway marketplaces, promoted Courtney Wing to Vice President, Development and Construction. Wing will oversee and manage all aspects of the development process, including entitlements, permitting, and construction.
Newcastle Managing Partner Dennis Higgs shared, “Courtney is integral to our growth in Southern California. As Vice President, she will play a significant role in our expansion, especially across the Inland Empire.” Wing recently completed the navigation of an arduous more than three-year process that culminated in the April 2025 groundbreaking of a 400,000 square foot industrial/warehouse building in Hesperia. Newcastle’s Inland Empire development pipeline includes seven projects totaling over 3.5 million square feet of space with ambitious acquisition plans for the next several years.
Wing is a NAIOP SoCal board member and was selected as a NAIOP Research Foundation Visionary, one of only five rising commercial real estate professionals chosen nationally.
