Chang specializes in tax consulting and compliance services for corporations with a concentration of companies in the technology and manufacturing industries and serving high net worth individuals. Chang brings a value-driven perspective to his work, taking the time to understand what matters most to his clients and ensuring tax strategies align with their broader priorities and long-term objectives.
