Filed prospectus in 2021, reporting $291M in sales with $16M EBITDA in 1H of 2021; didn’t go public.

NOTABLE: Carries $1B+ in for-sale value on its balance sheet at any time.

IN HIS WORDS: Sees expansion into markets like Anaheim, saying, “The housing stock there is nearly 80 years old in some neighborhoods. We see demand to maximize the utilization of the land and sell homes closer to $2 million.”
