WHY: By age 25, had built one of the largest direct-to-consumer lending companies in Orange County. Developed the Intelligent Mortgage Platform that would become Cloudvirga, where he raised more than $77M; acquired by Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE:STC). Has been involved as an advisor and investor in some two dozen businesses and ventures, including Lucky Robots, ChatterWorks, Short Story, Knit and Vizer. In 2023, he along with fellow OC50 Carey Ransom co-founded Bonus Homes, which “allows homeowners to unlock 100% of their current home equity when they move, while also enabling them to retain up to 35% of its future appreciation.”
