The NCAA baseball tournament kicks off this weekend with 64 teams competing for the chance to go to Omaha to play in the College World Series. Scattered across these rosters are a plethora of former Orange County high school baseball stars, many of whom stayed in state to play for local college baseball powers.
OC Sports Zone counted almost 70 Orange County natives on the rosters of NCAA tournament squads – enough to fill two entire teams in the field.
