CNI College, an academic institution offering accredited nursing and health science programs, expanded its Santa Ana campus.
The vocational school added 20,839 square feet to its lease at Pacific Center, a two-building office campus at 1610 E. St. Andrew Place in Santa Ana. CNI College’s total footprint at Pacific Center is neatly 73,000 square feet.
CNI College was founded in 1994 in Santa Ana and offers degrees in nursing, vocational nursing, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and surgical technology.
Pacific Center is owned by San Francisco-based Drawbridge Realty. CBRE’s Dave Desper, Ross Bourne, Rick Warner & Chip Warner manage leasing at Pacific Center and are marketing the remaining 30,000 square feet at the campus. Construction of a new lobby is underway and could be completed by the end of this month.
