LBPD seeking additional victims in commercial robbery series

Between Nov. 16, 2022, and Dec. 2, 2022, officers were dispatched to multiple armed robberies throughout the city. They occurred during various times throughout the day and night. During these robberies, a male suspect brandished, simulated, or struck the victim with a firearm. The reported loss in these incidents was cash and/or miscellaneous store merchandise.

Detectives assigned to the Robbery Detail and the Special Investigations Division immediately began conducting an extensive investigation in which they gathered evidence and followed up on all investigative leads. Through their hard work, detectives identified and arrested the following individuals for their involvement:

  • Shaun Lee, a 29-year-old man who is experiencing homelessness in Long Beach, was arrested on Dec. 1, 2022, in the City of Long Beach. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office has charged him with ten counts of robbery, one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and one count of unlawful possession of ammunition.
  • James Edward Harris, a 36-year-old resident of Long Beach, was arrested on Dec. 2, 2022, in the city of Long Beach. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office has charged him with 10 counts of robbery.

During one of the arrest operations, an additional individual was arrested for being in possession of a firearm:

  • Tori Julia Condoll, a 29-year-old resident of Lake Elsinore, was arrested on Dec. 2, 2022 in the City of Long Beach. The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office has charged her with one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Following the arrests, search warrants were served, and detectives seized one firearm, one rifle, and additional evidence connected to the robberies.

Detectives believe the suspects are responsible for the following incidents:

  • 11/16/22 at 12:20 a.m. in the 1600 block of W. Pacific Coast Highway
  • 11/16/22 at 3:17 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Street
  • 11/16/22 at 5:40 a.m. in the 4300 block of Atlantic Avenue
  • 11/20/22 at 8:05 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Street
  • 11/22/22 at 1:36 a.m. in the 1500 block of W. Pacific Coast Highway
  • 11/22/22 at 8:15 p.m. in the 1500 block of South Street
  • 11/25/22 at 7:02 p.m. in the 1900 block of Santa Fe Avenue
  • 11/26/22 at 4:05 a.m. in the 4000 block of Ocean Boulevard
  • 11/30/22 at 1:15 a.m. in the 1900 block of Santa Fe Avenue
  • 11/30/22 at 12:16 p.m. in the 6400 block of Cherry Avenue
  • 12/2/22 at 12:46 p.m. in the 5600 block of Paramount Boulevard
