Lanhee Chen, candidate for California State Controller, issued the following statement after his unanimous endorsement by the California Republican Party:
“I am honored to receive the endorsement of the California Republican Party by unanimous acclamation. The Republican convention was a wonderful opportunity to talk to our grassroots delegates about my campaign to bring transparency and accountability to Sacramento. With the support of the party, I look forward to running a 58 county campaign that will deliver a simple message to every corner of our state: the Controller should be a watchdog for taxpayers, not a lapdog for Sacramento insiders.”
