I wanted to give you an update on the current election process and our results so far. As you know, the primary election was on June 7, 2022 and ballots are still being counted as we speak. We won’t have an official announcement until the election is certified which may take some time. County election officials have until July 8th to report final official results to the Secretary of State.
Thanks to the incredible support of the voters in the 36th State Senate District, I am humbled to be sitting in first place with 56.7% of the votes cast. I am also thankful to our donors and volunteers. I am grateful not only to be advancing to the November general election but to be in a strong 1st position.
We are excited to continue our campaign through to November and we will continue to monitor the election result updates as they become available!
