Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association PAC endorses Janet Nguyen for State Senate

Janet Nguyen announced that she had received the endorsement of the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association PAC (HJTA PAC) in her campaign for Senate District 36.

Jon Coupal, Chairman of the HJTA PAC wrote, “We appreciate your strong and constant support for Proposition 13 and your excellent service to taxpayers. We look forward to continuing to work with you in the years ahead.”

HJTA-PAC is the largest taxpayer protection organization of its kind in the State of California.

One of the most noteworthy endorsements among political candidates in California, the Howard Jarvis Taxpayers Association PAC is widely considered the standard of which candidates are judged on their tax protection values.

The newly drawn 36th State Senate District is an open Senate seat that leans Republican and is in Orange County and a small portion in Los Angeles County.

Assemblymember Nguyen in her capacity as State Assemblywoman and her previous service in the State Senate, and the Orange County Board of Supervisors, has represented the majority of the voters of this newly drawn Senate District for 18 years.

Janet Nguyen is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine. She and her husband Tom Bonikowski live in Huntington Beach with their two elementary-aged sons. She has resided in the district for over thirty years.
