Full schedule for this weekend’s CIF State Basketball Championships in Sacramento

Marina High School’s girls basketball team and Pacifica Christian’s boys squad will represent Orange County in this weekend’s CIF State Championships at 1 Golden Center in Sacramento.

Marina, the CIF SoCal Division V champion, plays Saturday at 10 a.m. vs. Bret Harte. Pacifica Christian, the CIF SoCal Regional Division II champion, plays Saturday at 4 p.m. vs. San Joaqin Memorial.

There are 18 teams making their first state championship appearance including: Bonita Vista (G DII), Bret Harte (G DV), Buena (B DII), Central-Fresno (G DII), Etiwanda (G Open), Granada (B DI), Half Moon Bay (B DIV), Lynwood (B DV), Marina (G DV), Notre Dame-Sherman Oaks (B DI), Oakland (B DIII), Pacifica Christian (B D II), San Joaquin Memorial (B DII), Santiago-Corona (G DI), Sierra-Tollhouse (B DV),
St. Joseph-Santa Maria (B Open), Valencia (B DIV).

Noon, Division V Boys – Lynwood (26-11) vs. Sierra, Tollhouse (31-5)

2 p.m. Division III Girls – Los Osos (28-5) vs. Colfax (34-2)

4 p.m. Division III Boys – Buena (31-5) vs. Oakland (26-8)

6 p.m. Division I Girls – Santiago, Corona (26-9) vs. Oakland Tech (29-5)

8 p.m. Division I Boys – Notre Dame, SO (26-10) vs. Granada (26-10)

Saturday, March 11

10 a.m. Division V Girls – Marina (21-15) vs. Bret Harte (25-7)

Noon, Division IV Boys – Valencia (26-10) vs. Half Moon Bay (21-10)

Tickets are available through TicketMaster or at the Golden 1 Center Box Office. Ticket
prices per day start at $16 for adults and $10 for seniors, children and high school
students with a valid ASB card.
