Estancia, Fullerton, Tesoro and San Clemente baseball teams capture Monday wins

ESTANCIA 4, COSTA MESA 3: The Eagles won a non-league contest at Angel Stadium Monday afternoon. Estancia (13-2) was led by pitcher Trevor Scott. Scott (6-0) got the win, allowing six hits and striking out nine in 5 1/3 innings.

James De La O was 1 for 2 with an RBI, Miles Moyer was 2 for 2 with a run scored and an RBI and Cole Lefebvre was 2 for 2.

Costa Mesa (8-5) was led by Jordan Stucki, who was 2 for 3 with an RBI; JJ Kirbin, who was 2 for 3 and Sam Stute, who was 3 for 3.

FULLERTON 9, DAMONTE RANCH (NEV.) 3: The Tribe (11-3) got strong pitching from Nico Savage, who got the victory in the Anaheim Lions Tournament. Nate Norman was 2 for 3 with a run scored, RBI and two walks. Conor Sunderland hit his second home run of the year and went 2 for 3 with four RBI. Jeremy Maldonado was 2 for 3 with a double, run scored and an RBI. Fullerton is 3-0 in the tournament.

TESORO 21, McQUEEN (NEV.) 2: The Titans (11-1) earned a victory in the Anaheim Lions Tournament. Kyle Volpe pitched 5 2/3 innings allowing four hits and striking out nine. He did not allow an earned run. Jackson Freeman was 4 for 4 with five runs scored, four RBI and two walks, Justin Simard was 3 for 4 with a triple, three runs scored and two RBI and Jackson Peper was 2 for 3 with a home run, three runs scored and two RBI.

SAN CLEMENTE 5, DOS PUEBLOS 1: The Tritons (7-4) extended their winning streak to five games with a victory in the Anaheim Lions Tournament Monday. Aiden Sautner went the distance and threw a four-hitter for San Clemente.
