Storm Properties Inc., a Torrance-based developer, owner and manager of commercial, industrial and residential properties, bought a 2.53-acre property with an 11,300-square-foot warehouse in Santa Ana.
The industrial property, at 4320 W. First Street and 201 S. Mountain View Street in Santa Ana, features a fully fenced yard, 16-foot ceiling clearance and ground-level loading capabilities.
The property is currently vacant but sits on two separate parcels with dual street frontage and a functional, rectangular configuration, making it ideal for multiple industrial users.
“Situated in the highly sought-after Orange County market, this unique industrial and storage asset provides a rare opportunity for low-coverage outdoor storage and a prime, infill location,” Alan Kwan, vice president of acquisitions at Storm Properties, said in a statement.
The industrial property is featured in the Business Journal’s CRE update for May 12.
