ANAHEIM, Calif. (February 20, 2023) – Anaheim Police investigate a suspected suicide at the Disneyland Resort after a woman fell from a parking structure.
On Saturday, February 18, 2023, at about 6:50 p.m., Anaheim PD officers and Anaheim Fire & Rescue personnel responded to the Mickey and Friends parking structure at the Disneyland Resort regarding someone who jumped off or fell from the parking structure. Officers located the woman lying on the ground and immediately provided life-saving measures until Anaheim Fire & Rescue personnel arrived. The woman was transported to a local hospital where she was later pronounced deceased.
The woman’s death is being investigated as a suicide. The investigation is ongoing. Like all death investigations, the cause and manner of death will be pending the conclusion of the investigations being completed by the Anaheim PD and Orange County Coroner’s Office.
