Check out the two local California House races, for Congressional Districts 40 and 49. In CD 49, Republican Young Kim is the incumbent and Cook’s rating has moved from &likely to retain” to only “leaning that way.” In CD 49, Democrat Mike Levin is the incumbent and Cook’s rating has move from &likely to retain” to only “leaning that way.”

In Congressional District 47, Democrat Katie Porter could be vulnerable as that race is rated only “leaning Democrat.”

Meantime in Congressional District 45 where Michelle Steel is the incumbent, the race is a toss-up.
