Cypress Council to hold public hearing on a request for a liquor license at a Lincoln Avenue sushi restaurant

Project: Conditional Use Permit No. 2023-01 – a request to permit the sale of beer and wine for an existing restaurant (Hiyori Sushi), located at 4720 Lincoln Avenue in the PC – Planned Community Zone.

Instructions for participating in the public hearing via webinar will be published with the January 23, 2023 City Council meeting agenda, available online at https://www.cypressca.org/government/city-council-meetings.

Environmental Consideration: In accordance with Section 15301 (Class 1: Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, this project is exempt from environmental review. The Notice of Categorical Exemption is available on the City’s website (link provided above) as an attachment to the agenda report for this item.
