Cypress City Council to hold a public hearing to consider a conditional use permit

The Cypress City Council Will Consider:

Project: Conditional Use Permit No. 2022-05 – a request to allow the sale of on-site general alcohol for a new restaurant, located at 5895-B Katella Avenue in the PC-3 Planned Community Business Park Zone.

Location: Council Chambers, 5275 Orange Avenue, Cypress CA 90630

ALL INTERESTED PERSONS are invited to participate in the public hearing via in-person attendance or webinar. For further information about the project, please contact Ms. Kori Sanders at (714-229-6724) or [email protected] The public may also provide comments in writing prior to the hearing via email to the City Clerk’s office ([email protected]) by 3:00 p.m. on September 26, 2022 in order to allow sufficient time for comments to be included in the online agenda packet. Instructions for participating in the public hearing via webinar will be published with the September 26, 2022 City Council meeting agenda, available online at https://www.cypressca.org/government/city-council-meetings.

Environmental Consideration: In accordance with Section 15301 (Class 1: Existing Facilities) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, this project is exempt from environmental review. The Notice of Categorical Exemption is available on the City’s website (link provided above) as an attachment to the agenda report for this item.
