Community Development Department Customer Experience Survey

The City of Irvine is committed to fostering a thriving business community. Aiming to streamline and enhance services that support business success, the City is conducting a comprehensive customer experience survey focused on its business license, entitlement, and permitting processes.  

Beginning June 3, BW Research, an independent research firm, will launch the survey on behalf of the City’s Community Development Department. To gather meaningful insights from across the business community, the survey will be sent to about 15,000 businesses that interacted with the department in 2024.

If you receive the survey, we kindly ask that you take a few moments to complete it. Your input is essential in helping us identify challenges and implement improvements across our business-related services.
